On behalf on the Energy Club NT Board of Directors, I would like to invite members to attend our 220 Annual General Meeting (AGM). The business to be transacted at the AGM is as per the Constitution. An agenda will be made available for Energy Club NT members to download from the members website.

The AGM is a members only event and we encourage you to attend in person if possible. Alternatively, the event potentially be shared via online Zoom platform.

It is important to ensure we meet our minimum quorum of 10% membership attending in some capacity as per our Constitution. I encourage you to register to partake in this event.

We have had a strong number of applications come through for the energy Club NT board and voting will open 2 weeks prior the the AGM. You will receive notification for the voting platform via email and the incoming board members will be announced at the AGM.

This event will be held immediately following our industry breakfast networking event: A conversation with Andrew Liveris AO and Hon. Paul Henderson. Please register for the networking event and AGM separately.
