The NT Energy Club is excited to host Frank Tudor, Managing Director of leading energy infrastructure company Jemena, for a keynote presentation at its next industry dinner on 28 April 2021.

Throughout his keynote Frank will consider the role gas will play in Australia’s future energy mix, while also touching on what’s next for the company’s $800 million Northern Gas Pipeline which was completed in 2018.

Jemena – an $11.5 billion energy infrastructure company – is leading some of the country’s most exciting energy projects including:

  • ·         The Western Sydney Green Gas Project, which is developing green hydrogen gas and testing its application in residential and commercial settings, and
  • ·         The Malabar Biomethane Project – a partnership with Sydney Water which will produce carbon-neutral biomethane which can be injected into the NSW domestic gas network.

Jemena is also working with Australian Industrial Energy (AIE) to connect Australia’s first LNG import terminal at Port Kembla to the east coast gas grid.

As part of his keynote, Frank will also detail Jemena’s locals first approach which saw the company spend more than $15 million with businesses across the Barkly region during 2017-2018. Frank will also discuss the Group’s Pipeline to Success mentoring program – a partnership with Saltbush Enterprises –  which is providing job pathways for people living in remote parts of the Northern Territory.
