Energy Club NT members are invited to attend

our 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The business to be transacted at the AGM is as per the Constitution, Section 49 (3)

The AGM is a members only event and we encourage you to attend.

It is important to ensure we meet our minimum quorum of 5% membership in attendance.

AGM documents including 2025 AGM Agenda and 2024 AGM are available for viewing and download via the Members Portal.

The annual and financial reports are also available for members to download from the members portal

To access the members portal please ensure you are logged-in to access all the above files.

Our AGM will be held immediately before our November Industry Networking Dinner Driving the Territory’s Energy Future - Tamboran’s Beetaloo Basin Breakthroughs. Please ensure to register for the Industry networking event and AGM separately.

For those registering to attend remotely via Zoom, an event reminder email will be send with Zoom link 24 hours prior to the AGM.
