Energy Club NT Members Shine at Inaugural Northern Territory EISSI Awards

Energy Club NT is proud to congratulate member companies Fyfe and Northern Territory Local Business Remote Surveys on their outstanding achievements at the inaugural Northern Territory Excellence in Surveying & Spatial Information (EISSI) Awards, held at Wharf One in Darwin.

Hosted by Surveyors Australia, the historic event established a dedicated platform to recognise the individuals, organisations, and technical innovations advancing the Territory’s surveying and spatial sector.

Energy Club NT members took home top honors across all four categories:

• Remote Surveys was honored with the remaining award:

  • Infrastructure & Construction: Sturt Plateau Pipeline — commended for demonstrating technical expertise, adaptability, and excellence while delivering major infrastructure surveying under challenging, remote Territory conditions.

• Fyfe emerged as the major winner of the evening, securing three awards:

• • Extra Dimension & Innovation: Spool Verification Surveys in the Oil & Gas Sector — recognized for outstanding technical innovation, logistics, and project delivery in the energy sector.

  • Professional Organisation of the Year: Awarded for commitment to its workforce, clients, the profession, and Northern Territory communities.

  • Professional Surveyor of the Year: Presented to Ben Henderson, recognizing his exceptional leadership, mentorship, and ongoing contributions to the spatial industry

As Northern Territory category winners, both Fyfe and Remote Surveys will advance to represent the Territory at the National EISSI Awards in Canberra on 5 February 2027.
